From the living room, there is direct access to the pool area.

The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, toaster, electric kettle, cookware set, dinnerware, cutlery set, and glasses—everything you need for your stay.

The pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs, and a barbecue area. The garden and pool area are completely secluded and not visible from outside.
💰 Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of 250 € is required in cash upon arrival. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the check-out day.
