The modern and airy American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, frying pans, and all essential kitchen utensils. A dining set for 4 people is provided.

Bedrooms:

1 Suite Family Bedroom – With Jacuzzi: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and private bathroom. Enjoy a peaceful stay with serene views from the room.

💰 Security Deposit

A cash security deposit of 150 € is required upon arrival. If no damage or loss occurs during the stay, the deposit is refunded on the day of departure.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean, with complimentary cleaning once per week. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available for an extra fee upon request.
