The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table for 4 people, dining set, cutlery set, pots and pans, glasses, and other essential kitchen equipment.

Bedroom 1:
Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside tables. Shared bathroom/WC.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, and television. Shared bathroom/WC.

Private swimming pool: 8.5 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m
Children’s pool: depth 0.50 m

The pool terrace includes sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a swing, seating group, hammock, and barbecue area.
The garden is fully sheltered and not visible from the outside.

💰 Damage Deposit

A 4.000 TL cash damage deposit is required upon arrival. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after inspection.
