Villa Ayse is a luxurious villa with a magnificent sea view overlooking Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, offering 6 bedrooms and a capacity for 12 people. In addition to its stunning and comfortable design, Villa Ayse is ready to offer you incredible views with its swimming pools (one large pool on the first floor and one small children's pool in the garden on the ground floor) and garden area. Every detail has been carefully considered, allowing you to simply enjoy your holiday. Villa Ayse is also conveniently located within walking distance of Kalkan center, many beaches, and restaurants. With its luxurious decor, Villa Ayse stands out as a perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the villa. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and also offers a heated pool during the winter months, making it ideal for both summer and winter stays.

The luxurious living room with a sea view features an elegant seating area, a large flat-screen TV, Bluetooth sound system, internet, air conditioning, an 8-person dining table, a washbasin, and a toilet. There is direct access to the pool area from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, a 12-person dinner set, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also direct access to the pool area from the kitchen.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: This bedroom with a sea view features a double bed, a makeup table, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. There is direct access to the pool area from this bedroom.

• Bedroom 2: The master bedroom includes a double bed, a makeup table, air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a safe, a bedside table, an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, and access to the garden and children's pool area.

• Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two single beds (which can be joined together), a makeup table, a dressing room, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a balcony, and a bathroom. There is direct access to the garden and children's pool area.

• Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes a double bed, a makeup table, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a bathroom with a toilet. There is access to the garden and children's pool area.

• Bedroom 5: This bedroom includes a double bed, a makeup table, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. There is access to the garden and children's pool area, and the entrance is external.

The garden is equipped with modern outdoor seating, sunbeds, umbrellas, an 8-person dining table, a barbecue, and a sunbathing area. There is also a small waterfall-style children's pool located at the lower part of the garden.

Note: The weekly fee for pool heating is 20,000 TL.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 10,000 TL in cash is required upon arrival. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during your stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.
