Villa Ayşe is located in Kalkan, overlooking the stunning Kalamar Bay, and offers 6 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. With its luxurious features, spacious living areas, and impressive sea view, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Two pools – a large main pool on the upper level and a separate children’s pool in the garden – provide extra comfort and holiday enjoyment.

Thanks to its central location, Kalkan town center, beaches, and many restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited. The villa has underfloor heating and offers optional pool heating during winter months.

Note: Pool heating is optional and costs 20,000 TL per week.

💰 Deposit

A deposit of 10,000 TL in cash is required upon arrival. It will be fully refunded if the property is returned without damage.

Kalkan is a charming coastal town on the road between Antalya and Fethiye, and one of Turkey’s most popular holiday destinations. The region offers a wide range of luxury sea-view villas, nature villas, honeymoon villas, and private villas for different needs.

Due to the geographical location, many villas are situated on steep slopes, so access roads may be steep or unpaved. Being in a natural environment, occasional encounters with insects or other natural elements may occur.
