Villa Bay View, is a luxury rental villa in Kışla, close to the sea, overlooking the bay of Kalkan and the islands. The villa offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and crockery.

The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player and offers access to the pool area. All four bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony and a private bathroom with toilet.

The pool is 8.5 metres x 3.5 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep.

Deposit procedure: The deposit fee required for Villa Bay View is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before entering the villa and refunded upon leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there must be no damage, loss, loss or broken items in the villa during the period of use. You may make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates for the amount of the deposit.

Check-in and check-out information: The arrival time of new guests at each of our villas is set at 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time at 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave the villa on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas will be handed over ready to our new guests at 4.00 pm.
