The villa includes a comfortable seating area, television, and dining table, creating a simple yet functional living space where you can relax after a long day.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, tea maker, and essential kitchen utensils and serving equipment.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (En-Suite):
Double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and private bathroom/WC.

Bedroom 2 (En-Suite):
Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and private bathroom/WC.

Bedroom 3:
Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, and shared bathroom/WC.

Bedroom 4:
Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, and shared bathroom/WC.

The spacious garden is ideal for families with children as well as guests who enjoy spending time outdoors.

Note: Necessary precautions have been taken to prevent the pool and sunbathing terrace from being visible from outside. However, full privacy for all parts of the villa cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 150 €  is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned on the departure day if no damage occurs during the stay.
