Villa Hür 3 is a romantic honeymoon villa with 1 bedroom, a jacuzzi, and a private sheltered swimming pool. It is located in the Kördere area, overlooking the sea and islands of Kalkan. With a capacity of 2 people, it offers ideal accommodation for honeymoon couples and conservative families. Next to Villa Hür 3, there are Villa Hür 1 and Villa Hür 2, which have the same features.

🏡 Interior Features

Living Room:

The living room with sea and nature views is equipped with a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, iron, and vacuum cleaner. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:

Modern American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery, and cookware sets.

Bedroom:

Suite Room: Double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private bathroom/WC. With its romantic design, it offers a special space for honeymoon couples.

🌴 Pool and Garden

Private Swimming Pool: 5 m x 3 m | Depth: 1.50 m

The pool is completely sheltered and ensures privacy.

On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a seating area, table, chairs, and a barbecue.

Pool Heating: Activated for 1.200 TL per day and for reservations of minimum 5 nights.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and cleaning is done once a week. Extra cleaning or bed linen/pillowcase changes can be provided for an additional fee upon request.

💰 Damage Deposit

A 5.000 TL cash deposit is required at check-in. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded after inspection before check-out.

⏰ Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: 04:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

For cleaning and inspection purposes, guests are kindly requested to comply with these times.

📍 Location and Area Information

The villa is located on steep mountain slopes and partly stabilized roads. In villas located outside the center, it is possible to encounter insects, mosquitoes, and other small animals due to the natural environment.
