The living room offers a distant sea and nature view. It features a seating area, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Bedroom
Bedroom: Suite room, 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions
Pool size: Length 5 m, Width 3 m, Depth 150 cm

Note: The villa pool has a heating system. The heating will not be activated for stays under 5 nights. Due to hygiene conditions, the pool temperature is set to a maximum of 28°C. The heating fee is 750 TL per day.

Pool and Garden
Private, secluded swimming pool. The pool terrace includes sunbeds, a sun umbrella, a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean, and weekly cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning requests are subject to extra charges, and will be handled by the villa caretakers, including new sheets and pillowcases.

Deposit
A deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. If there are no damages, breakages, or lost items, the deposit will be refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these hours as our villas undergo cleaning and checks to ensure they are in good condition for the next guest.
