Living Room:
The living room with sea and nature views is equipped with a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, iron, and vacuum cleaner. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, and cookware sets.

Bedroom:
Suite Room: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private bathroom/WC. With its romantic design, it offers a special and intimate atmosphere for honeymoon couples.

Private Swimming Pool: 5 m x 3.5 m | Depth: 1.55 m

The pool is completely sheltered, and the pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a table, chairs, a swing, and a barbecue for your enjoyment.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional cleaning or linen changes (bed sheets and pillowcases) are available upon request for an extra fee.

💰 Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon check-in. If no damage or loss occurs during your stay, the deposit will be refunded after the final inspection before check-out.

The villa is located on a steep hillside and partially accessed via unpaved roads. For villas situated outside the town center, encountering insects or small wildlife is possible due to the natural surroundings.
