Villa Hür 5 is a one-bedroom secluded honeymoon villa located in the Kördere area, offering beautiful sea and nature views. With its modern architecture and carefully designed interior, the villa provides couples with a private, peaceful, and romantic holiday experience.

Our villa is especially ideal for honeymoon couples and guests who prefer a conservative/private holiday concept. The private swimming pool is fully sheltered and not visible from the outside, ensuring complete privacy.

Villa Hür 5 is located next to Villa Hür 4 and Villa Hür 6, which share the same concept, making it a good alternative for group or multiple family reservations.

Living Room:
The living room offers distant sea and nature views and includes a comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The cozy seating area allows you to spend relaxing and enjoyable moments.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner built-in stove, electric kettle, dining set, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Bedroom:
Suite Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioner, wardrobe, nightstands, private bathroom and washbasin. The private jacuzzi offers the perfect setting for romantic moments.

Private Sheltered Swimming Pool:

The pool terrace includes sun loungers, sun umbrella, dining table, chairs, and a barbecue area. The pool area is completely sheltered, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and ready for guests upon arrival. During the stay, cleaning is provided once per week.
Additional cleaning, linen and towel changes can be provided upon request for an extra fee.

💰 Damage Deposit

A 5.000 TL cash damage deposit is required at check-in.
If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded after inspection at check-out.

Guests are kindly requested to comply with these times so that cleaning and inspections can be completed properly.

📍 Location and Area Information

The villa is located in Kalkan, one of the most popular holiday destinations of Antalya. Transportation is easily accessible via the Antalya–Fethiye highway.

Due to the geographical structure of the region, access to the villas may include steep and partially unpaved roads.

As the villa is located within nature, insects such as flies or bugs may occasionally be seen in the surrounding area. Regular pest control is carried out.
