Villa İçöz 2, Kalkan

Luxury Villa with Nature View, Jacuzzi, Garden

Villa İçöz 2 is a luxury villa with 2 bedrooms and stunning nature views, located in the Kalkan region. Our villa was opened in 2022 for our valued guests and is carefully decorated to meet all needs. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. The villa is 1 km from Kalkan city center and offers a secluded holiday with its large garden.

Living Room
The living room includes a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Access to the pool terrace is available.

Kitchen
The modern American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms

Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet, and bathroom.

Length: 11.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1,55 m.

Garden
The garden includes a private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If additional cleaning is requested, it will be provided by the responsible staff, with new bed linens, pillow covers, etc., for an extra fee.

Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon arrival. This deposit is refunded on the check-out day if there is no damage, loss, or breakage.

Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times as cleaning and necessary checks need to be done.

Location
Our region is made up of settlements on steep mountain slopes, so there are hilly and unpaved (dirt) roads leading to the villas. Additionally, most of our villas located outside the center are in rural areas, so natural surprises (mosquitoes, insects, bees, etc.) may be encountered.
