Villa Jet is a uniquely designed villa featuring stone architecture, located in the Patara region. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from the world-famous Patara Beach.

With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, the villa offers a private and secluded pool area, making it ideal for conservative couples and families. One of the bedrooms includes a Jacuzzi for a luxurious stay.

Living Room:
Comfortable seating area, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, internet, dining table, and coffee table. Direct access from the living room to the pool area is available.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped American-style kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, and a dining set for 4.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, private bathroom & toilet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, private bathroom & toilet.

🌴 Pool and Garden

Private Pool: 8 m x 3 m x 1.40 m

The pool and garden are private and not visible from outside. The garden includes sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a dining table, and a barbecue area.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition. Standard cleaning is performed once a week. Extra cleaning and towel/linen changes are available upon request for an additional fee.

💰 Security Deposit

A cash deposit of 5.000 TL is required at check-in. If no damages, losses, or breakages occur during the stay, the deposit is refunded on the day of departure.

Villa Jet is located within the natural environment of Patara. Due to the region's geography, access to the villa involves steep and partly unpaved roads.

Being in a natural setting, guests may encounter insects and other wildlife. Regular pest control is conducted.
