Villa Kıvanç is a luxurious 3-bedroom holiday villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, within walking distance to the town center. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa features a spacious pool terrace and a jacuzzi on the terrace with stunning sea views. Living Room:
Comfortable seating area, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, coffee table, and balcony with sea view. Direct access to the pool terrace is available.

Kitchen:
Modern American-style kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses.

 Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom (Family, Ground Floor):
Double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, nightstand, wardrobe, private bathroom and toilet. Direct access to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom (Ground Floor):
Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, balcony, private bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace.

3rd Bedroom (Family, 1st Floor):
Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, private bathroom and toilet, terrace with jacuzzi, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden:
Equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and chairs, and a barbecue area for outdoor relaxation.

💰 Damage Deposit

A cash deposit of 150 € is required upon arrival. This will be refunded on departure if no damage, loss, or breakage occurs.

Note: The sun terrace and pool are private, but the visibility of other areas of the villa cannot be fully guaranteed.
