Villa Latte 2 is one of our luxury villas located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. With a capacity for 4 guests, this 2-bedroom villa offers a jacuzzi, an indoor pool, and breathtaking views of the sea and nature, where green meets blue. The villa's private swimming pool, pool area, and garden are completely secluded. This privacy makes it ideal for guests who want to stay away from the public eye, especially for honeymooners. In Villa Latte 2, you only need to relax and enjoy the enchanting view and holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The spacious, bright, and modern American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and other kitchenware. A 4-person dining set is also available.

Living Room: The living room offers a stunning sea and nature view, furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, and air conditioning.

Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning, makeup desk, jacuzzi, indoor pool, toilet, and bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, makeup desk, air conditioning, toilet, and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions:

• Length: 10 m

Indoor Pool:

• Width: 2.5 m

• Length: 4 m

• Depth: 120 cm The indoor pool can be heated for a daily fee of 1000 TL.

Garden: The garden features a private swimming pool, sunbeds, sun umbrella, garden furniture, a hammock, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean and will be cleaned once a week. If you require additional cleaning, our staff will provide new sheets, pillowcases, etc., for an additional fee.

Damage Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon check-in. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure if there are no damages, losses, or breakages.

Important Notes:

• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Due to the cleaning and necessary inspections of the villa, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times.
