Kitchen:

The spacious and modern American kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (induction), microwave, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, and other kitchen utensils. It also has a 4-person dining table.

Living Room:

The living room offers a spectacular view of the sea and nature. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and access to the terrace.

Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet (First Floor)
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom, and toilet (First Floor)
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet (First Floor)

Garden:

The garden offers a private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrella, garden furniture, a swing, dining table, and a barbecue area – the perfect place to relax and enjoy meals together.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

The villa is delivered clean, and a cleaning service is provided once a week. If additional cleaning is requested, it can be arranged by the villa’s staff for an additional fee, including linen and towel changes.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit is refunded on the day of departure if no damages or losses occur during your stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

The check-in time for all our villas is at 4:00 PM, and the check-out time is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and necessary inspections to be carried out.
