Living Room:
The modern and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, and air conditioning. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and bring the sea and nature views indoors.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cookware (pots & pans), dinnerware, and all essential kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1 (Suite): Double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, private bathroom/WC

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and ready for use. Complimentary cleaning is provided once per week for stays longer than one week. Additional cleaning services (including linen change and general cleaning) are available upon request for an extra fee.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 5.000 TL is required in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, provided no damage or loss has occurred during the stay.
