Surrounded by the village’s historic stone architecture, the villa provides a peaceful and private retreat. The open-plan living/dining area and kitchen lead to a pool and veranda area designed to be private and not visible from the outside.

Living Room:
Equipped with a plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and comfortable seating, offering a spacious and cozy area. Additional amenities include a sink, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped for meal preparation. Includes refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware for 4 guests.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (En-Suite):
Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and bathroom with jacuzzi/WC.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, and bathroom/WC.

The villa is located in the inner part of the village and categorized as a conservative property, offering a quiet and secluded environment.

Note: The visibility of the pool and sunbathing area has been minimized, but full privacy for all areas cannot be guaranteed.

💰 Security Deposit

A cash deposit of 5.000 TL is required upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure if there is no damage.

📍 Location and Area Information

Kayaköy, one of Fethiye’s most historic villages, has a history spanning five tausend years. The stone buildings reflect the periods when Greek and Yörük Turkish communities lived together. While the village once had a small port on the sea side, trade primarily occurred around the Upper Church area. The surrounding shops, such as cafes, butchers, grocers, and fabric stores, reflect the village’s cultural heritage. Villa Lavandas offers a serene vacation experience in the heart of this historic and naturally beautiful area.
