Villa Lavandas is one of the ideal options for our guests looking for a conservative holiday villa. Located in the historically rich and uniquely beautiful Kayaköy, our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. From the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, you can access the swimming pool and BBQ/veranda area, which is designed to be private and not visible from the outside.

Living Room
Our villa offers a modern living space designed with all your needs in mind, including a plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, washbasin, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, swimming pool, and toilet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dining table, and kitchenware for 4 people. Everything you need to prepare your meals will be at your fingertips.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi bath, and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool and Garden
Our private swimming pool has the following dimensions: Length: 7.5 m, Width: 4 m, and Depth: 1,5 m. The garden area also provides spaces where you can enjoy the sunbathing terrace and the pool.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 3000 TL in cash is required upon check-in. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during your stay, this deposit will be refunded on your check-out day.

Note:
The sunbathing terrace and pool of the villa are designed with measures to prevent visibility from the outside. However, the complete invisibility of other areas of the villa cannot be guaranteed.

Location:
The villa is located in the inner part of Kayaköy, which has a quiet and secluded residential area. Also, since it is in the conservative villa category, the surrounding area is quite peaceful.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00, and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. Due to cleaning and necessary inspections to complete any deficiencies, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times.

Fethiye, Kayaköy
Kayaköy, located in Fethiye, Muğla, has a history of 5,000 years. Although it is said that there was a port on the seaside of Kayaköy for trade, it is known that the commercial area of the city was near the Upper Church. The surrounding structures are thought to have been shops such as cafés, butchers, grocers, and fabric shops. You will feel the historical texture of this land, where hundreds of Greeks and Yörük Turks lived together. Due to the most affordable villa rentals and holiday homes in the area, the region is gradually gaining more interest.
