Located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, Villa Lavantin Exclusive is a luxurious 1-bedroom villa with a capacity of 2 people. Designed especially for honeymoon couples, the villa features a jacuzzi in the bedroom. You can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the breathtaking sunset and unwind from the stresses of the year. The villa also offers a foosball table, barbecue, and a spacious sunbathing area.

The living room is equipped with a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, foosball table, and access to the pool terrace.
Kitchen
The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner built-in stove, kettle, pots, pans, and dining set.
Bedroom
1st Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, toilet, and bathroom.
Pool and Garden
Pool dimensions: Length: 9 m, Width: 4.5 m, Depth: 1,45 m.
In the garden, there are sunbeds, umbrellas, seating group, dining table, barbecue, and a swing.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00, and the check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and necessary checks.
Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 4000 TRY is collected upon check-in. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs, the deposit will be refunded on check-out day.
Note:
The necessary precautions have been taken to ensure that the pool and sunbathing terrace are not visible from the outside; however, the visibility of other parts of the villa cannot be fully guaranteed.
