Located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan, Villa Livaya is a luxurious holiday villa with a nature view and full privacy, offering a 4-person capacity. This villa is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and conservative families, providing a special experience for guests seeking a peaceful holiday. The villa is perfect for those who value privacy, as well as for those wishing to spend time immersed in nature. Additionally, the villa features extra comforts such as a jacuzzi and sauna in the bedroom for guests' relaxation.

Important Note: Villa Livaya is equipped with a generator, covered parking, security cameras, and an alarm system, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for our guests.

Living Room
The living room is equipped with a stylish seating group, television, satellite receiver, wireless internet, and air conditioning, offering a comfortable place for guests to relax. Moreover, the living room has direct access to the pool terrace. The coffee table is another modern and functional detail that complements the design of the room.

Kitchen
Villa Livaya's kitchen is designed in an elegant and functional way. The kitchen contains the following appliances:

• Dinnerware and all kitchen utensils

This kitchen offers all the equipment needed for guests to prepare meals and ensures a comfortable cooking experience.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Suite Room): A double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, and a jacuzzi with an en-suite bathroom. This room is designed with elegance and comfort to provide guests with a relaxing rest area.

• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, and a bathroom. This room is also stylish and functional, providing guests with a comfortable stay.

Pool and Garden
Villa Livaya features a private swimming pool measuring 11 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in depth. The pool area includes sunbeds, an umbrella, a swing, a hammock, and a seating area, offering plenty of space for guests to relax. Additionally, there are barbecue facilities, a children's play area, table tennis, and a punching bag for fun activities.

The pool area is fully private, with necessary precautions taken to ensure it is not visible from the outside, so you can enjoy the pool while maintaining your privacy.

Extra Features

• Generator: A generator is available in case of power outages.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure if there are no damages, losses, or breakages in the villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered to guests clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If extra cleaning is requested, the villa staff will perform it at an additional charge.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
All of our villas have a check-in time of 16:00 (4 PM) and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. We kindly ask all our villa guests to adhere to these times as cleaning, necessary checks, and completing any deficiencies are done during this period.
