Villa Merve is located in the Üzümlü district of Kalkan, offering stunning views of the Patara Beach and surrounding nature. With its private, secluded pool, it is a preferred choice for honeymoon couples and conservative families seeking a peaceful and private holiday experience.

Note: The villa is equipped with a baby cot, high chair, hammock, slide, backgammon, and chess.

Living Room:

Features a seating group overlooking Patara Beach and the pool, coffee table, television with satellite receiver, air conditioning, internet access, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:

The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, dining table, and all necessary kitchenware.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Suite): Double bed, makeup table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, television, jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, bathroom, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, makeup table, wardrobe, air conditioning, television, bedside tables, bathroom, and toilet, with access to the pool area.

Pool and Garden:

Outdoor Pool: 9 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.55 meters in depth.
Indoor Heated Pool: Measures 4 meters by 3.5 meters with a depth of 1.20 meters. Heating is available at an additional weekly fee of 10,000 TL.

The garden area offers a 4-person umbrella, sun loungers, swing, barbecue, outdoor shower, seating group, and dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:

A cash security deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon arrival. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure, provided no damages, losses, or breakages are found.

Note: Measures have been taken to ensure that the sunbathing terrace and pool area are not visible from the outside; however, visibility of other areas of the villa cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. These times are necessary to allow for cleaning and maintenance. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to these times.
