💰 Damage Deposit
A cash deposit of 4.000 TL is required upon arrival. It will be refunded on departure if no damage, loss, or breakage occurs.
Note: The sun terrace and pool are private, but full visibility of other villa areas cannot be guaranteed.

The villa is situated on the hillside of Kalkan. Access roads include slopes and unpaved sections. Wildlife and insects may be encountered due to the natural surroundings.
