Villa Panorama Pics is located in the Kördere area, close to the center of Kalkan. Thanks to its location, the villa offers a breathtaking sea view and is decorated in a stylish and luxurious manner. With 3 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 6 guests, this villa is perfect for small families or groups of friends. The villa offers everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and it includes a children’s pool where your little ones can swim safely.

Kitchen
The modern and fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery set, frying pans, and pots.

Living Room
The living room of the villa is spacious and airy, featuring a seating area, foosball table, TV, satellite receiver, modem, and dining table. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool and Garden
The villa has a private swimming pool. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out daily by the assigned staff. The pool and garden area includes a seating group, barbecue, garden table, and sun loungers.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered to you clean, and a cleaning service is provided once a week. If you request extra cleaning, new bed linens, pillowcases, and other services will be provided by the villa staff for an additional fee.

Deposit:
A cash deposit of 5000 Turkish Liras is required upon check-in. If there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out after the villa is inspected.
