Villa Payam is a modern and secluded holiday villa located in Kas Hacıoğlan neighborhood, Sarıbelen area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. The villa features a private swimming pool and offers a fully private and comfortable stay. It is approximately 20–25 minutes by car from Kalkan center and close to Sarıbelen center, making daily necessities easily accessible.

Ideal for families and couples seeking a peaceful and quiet environment, the villa offers a completely private experience with its spacious garden and large pool terrace.

The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, TV, high-speed internet, air conditioning, dining table, and coffee table. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen:

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay: dining set for 4, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery sets, and glasses.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, dressing table, jacuzzi, private bathroom & sink

The villa’s private pool is fully secluded and not visible from outside.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared for guests. Regular maintenance and inspections are carried out throughout the stay.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of 5.000 TL is required in cash upon check-in. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the check-out day.
