Located in the Hacıoğlan district of Kas, Villa Payam is surrounded by nature and is just 20-25 minutes away from the center of Kalkan. The villa, located near the center of Sarıbelen, offers easy access to daily needs. It is a fully sheltered villa.
Living Room
The living room is equipped with a seating group, TV, internet, air conditioning, dining table, and a coffee table.
Kitchen
The modern American kitchen includes a 4-person dining set, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, kettle, cutlery set, pots and pans, and a dishwasher.
Bedrooms
Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom, and sink.
Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, balcony, swing, bathroom, and sink.
Pool Size
The private swimming pool of our villa is completely sheltered and cannot be seen from the outside. It is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a dining table, and a barbecue.
Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 5000 TRY is collected upon check-in. If there is no damage, loss, or breakage in the villa, the deposit will be refunded on the check-out day.
Note:
The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00, and the check-out time is 10:00. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to these times in order to complete the cleaning and necessary checks.
