Villa Ruj, Kördere

Villa Ruj is one of our luxurious villas located in the Sarnıçbaşı area of Kalkan, offering stunning views of the sea and nature from every room. This villa provides a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy breathtaking views of both Kalkan’s vibrant day and night life. Located at the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, immersed in lush greenery, the villa offers a quiet and serene environment. With its private swimming pool, sheltered pool area, and garden, this villa is the perfect choice for guests who want privacy, and especially for honeymoon couples seeking a secluded getaway.

Kitchen

The spacious, modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, pan, pots, and other kitchen utensils. It also has a 4-person dining set.

Living Room

The large living room offers beautiful sea and nature views, a comfortable seating area, an LCD TV with satellite, wireless internet, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Suite-Family Room): Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, wardrobe, bedside tables.

Pool Size

• Outdoor Pool: Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m
• Indoor Pool: Width: 2.5 m, Length: 4 m, Depth: 1.4 m
• Note: The indoor pool heating can be activated for an additional fee of 1250 TL per day.

Garden

The garden features a private swimming pool, loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa will be delivered to you clean, and regular cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning, the on-site staff will clean, change the bed linens, pillowcases, etc., for an additional charge.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 3000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa. If no damages, loss, or breakages occur, the deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

The check-in time for all of our villas is at 16:00 (4 PM), and the check-out time is at 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, necessary inspections are also carried out, and any missing items are replenished. Therefore, we kindly request that our villa guests adhere to these times.
