Located in the Kördere (Sarnıçbaşı) area of Kalkan, Villa Ruj is a luxurious and sheltered holiday villa offering both sea and nature views. Living Room:
The living room with sea and nature views offers a bright and comfortable space featuring a cozy seating group, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The spacious and modern open-plan American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, frying pans, cooking pots, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A dining set for 4 people is also available.

Bedroom:

1 Suite Family Bedroom – With Jacuzzi :

Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside tables, and private bathroom. The room’s view offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

🌴 Pool & Garden Area

• Private swimming pool (8 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m)

• Indoor pool (4 m x 2.5 m, depth 1.40 m)

​There is a comfortable sunbathing area with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a cozy garden seating area for relaxing moments, and a private barbecue area where you can enjoy pleasant times with your loved ones.

Note: The indoor pool heating system can be activated for an additional fee of 1.700 TL per day.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 5.000 TL in cash is required upon arrival. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, linen, and towel changes are available upon request for an extra fee.
