Villa Samyeli is a luxury holiday villa with a private sheltered pool, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. Specially designed for conservative families, our villa offers 3 bedrooms and accommodation capacity for up to 6 guests. It is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful, private and comfortable holiday.

Thanks to its elevated position, Villa Samyeli enjoys a spacious atmosphere and features a pool area that is not visible from the outside, ensuring a secluded and relaxing stay.

🏡 Interior Features

Living Room:
The modern and comfortable living room includes a cozy seating group, satellite TV, coffee table, and air conditioning. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace. Its bright and airy design offers a pleasant space for family gatherings.

Kitchen:
The American-style modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-ring hob, built-in oven, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery sets, pots, pans, glasses, and all essential kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:

1.Bedroom (Master Suite):One double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, private bathroom and WC. There is also direct access to the pool terrace from this room.

2.Bedroom (Family Room): One double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, and dressing table. Bathroom and WC are shared.

3.Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe. Bathroom and WC are shared.

🌴 Garden and Pool

Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 3.5 m | Depth: 1.55 m

The private sheltered swimming pool allows conservative families to enjoy complete privacy.

The pool terrace features sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a garden dining table with chairs, a comfortable outdoor seating group, and a barbecue area. The spacious terrace is designed for you to enjoy the sun and outdoor living throughout the day.

📌 Note: Necessary precautions have been taken to prevent the pool and sunbathing terrace from being visible from the outside. However, visibility of other parts of the villa cannot be fully guaranteed.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared. For longer stays, periodic cleaning service can be provided upon request.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL in cash is required at check-in. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.
