Villa Suyolu 2 is located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan and offers 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 guests. Designed in a stone concept, it is ideal for small families and honeymoon couples. The villa features a private outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, a barbecue area, and a swing. It is also conveniently close to Kalkan town center.

Note: The villa has an underfloor heating system for a comfortable stay during the winter months.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, TV, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, TV, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

Indoor Pool: 5.5 m x 2.7 m | Depth: 1.10 m (heated system available)

The pool terrace includes sun loungers, umbrella, swing, barbecue area, seating area, and dining table.

💰 Security Deposit

A cash security deposit of 150 € is required upon arrival. It will be refunded at check-out if no damage occurs.
