Villa Swan is a 3 bedroom villa for rent in the Kalkan Kiziltas area. It offers a magnificent view of the sea and the town of Kalkan. You can spend pleasant moments in the villa, in the swimming pool and on the terrace.
Kitchen: The fully equipped and spacious kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dining table, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.
Living room: There is a living room, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table and a DVD player in the spacious and comfortable living room with views of the countryside. The pool area is also accessible from the living room area.
The pool is 10 metres x 3.5 metres wide, 1.50 metres deep.
All 3 bedrooms have a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning and a balcony.
Deposit procedure: The deposit fee required for Villa Swan is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before entering the villa and refunded upon leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there must be no damage, loss, loss or broken items in the villa during the period of use. You may make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates for the amount of the deposit.
Check-in and check-out information: The arrival time for new guests at each of our villas is set at 4:00pm and the check-out time is 10:00am. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas will be delivered ready to our new guests at 4.00 pm.
