Living Room:

The living room includes a modern and comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, internet connection, and a coffee table. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace. The bright and spacious living area is designed for enjoyable moments.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery sets, pots, pans, and all essential kitchen equipment.

Bedroom:

1st Bedroom (Suite)

The bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, TV, jacuzzi, private bathroom, and WC. There is also direct access to the pool terrace from the bedroom.

The pool area is completely sheltered and not visible from outside.

💰 Damage Deposit

A 5.000 TL cash damage deposit is required upon villa check-in. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure.

The Üzümlü area is a peaceful and quiet residential region connected to Kalkan and surrounded by nature. Due to the geographical structure of the region, access to the villas may include uphill and occasionally unpaved roads.

Because of its natural setting, encounters with insects or similar elements of natural life may occur.
