Villa Uçar 1 is a magnificent sea-view villa with 2 bedrooms located in the Kalkan region. Our villa was opened for service in August 2022, and its interior and exterior design have been carefully decorated to meet all your needs. With a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, the villa is just 1 km away from Kalkan town center and offers a secluded vacation with its spacious garden.

Living Room: The living room is equipped with a seating group, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.
2. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet, and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: The villa features a private swimming pool with the following dimensions: Length: 13 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1,55 m.

Garden: The garden includes a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a sun umbrella, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If extra cleaning is requested, it will be performed by the staff managing the villa for a fee, including changes of bed linens, pillowcases, etc.

Damage Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon entry. If there are no damages, losses, or breakages, the deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in for all our villas is at 16:00 in the afternoon, and check-out is by 10:00 in the morning. It is essential to adhere to these times for cleaning, inspections, and completion of any missing items.

Location: Due to the geographical position of the region, settlements are located on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, there are uphill and unpaved (dirt) roads leading to the villas. Also, as most of our villas are located in villages outside the town center, you may encounter surprises from nature (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
