Villa Uçar 1 is a 2-bedroom villa located in the Kalkan region, offering stunning sea views. Our villa, opened in August 2022, has been carefully decorated both indoors and outdoors to meet all your needs. The master bedroom features a jacuzzi, and the villa is only 1 km from Kalkan city center, offering a private and secluded holiday with its spacious garden.

1.Master Bedroom (Suite):
Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi, private bathroom with toilet.

2.Bedroom:
2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, private bathroom with toilet.

Private Swimming Pool: Length: 13 m x Width: 3.5 m x Depth: 1.55 m

The garden and pool area include a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, garden furniture, and barbecue area.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week. Additional cleaning, new sheets, or pillowcases can be provided by our staff for an extra fee.

💰 Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 5.000 TL is collected at check-in. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs during the stay, the deposit is refunded after inspection on the check-out day.
