Villa Uçar 2 is a stunning 2-bedroom villa located in the Kalkan area, offering a sea view from the second floor. The villa has been open to guests since August 2022, and both the interior and exterior are decorated to meet all your needs. The master bedroom features a jacuzzi, and the villa is just 1 km away from the center of Kalkan. With its large garden, the villa offers you a secluded vacation experience.

Living Room: The living room features a seating group, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, you'll find a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, makeup table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.
2. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, toilet, and bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: The villa has a private swimming pool with the following dimensions: Length: 14 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1,55 m.

Garden: The garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If extra cleaning is required, it will be provided by the staff of the villa for an additional fee, including new bed sheets, pillowcases, etc.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL in cash is required upon arrival. If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and inspection of the villa.

Location: Due to the geographic location of the region, settlements are situated on steep mountain slopes. As a result, there are steep and unpaved (dirt) roads leading to the villas. Additionally, many of our villas are located in rural areas outside the center, so you may encounter natural surprises (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
