Villa Vita is a specially designed villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, within walking distance to the town center. With 3 en-suite bedrooms, it offers accommodation for up to 6 guests. All bedrooms, the kitchen, and the pool terrace have sea views. Situated in a quiet and peaceful area, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends thanks to its spacious pool terrace.

The pool terrace is private and includes sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a dining table, and a barbecue area.

💰 Security Deposit

A 5.000 TL cash deposit is required at check-in. If no damage or loss occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.

The villa is located in the natural and peaceful surroundings of Kalkan. Due to the region’s geography, access roads may be steep and partially unpaved.

Because of the natural environment, insects or small wildlife may occasionally be seen; regular pest control is carried out.
